today , would be the 21st birthday of a GREAT friend , wynne chau . baby girl , it’s been 5 years & i can’t believe it . i think about you everytime i drive pass that one curve in lake merced & how it still appalls me to think that the driver would get away with only a DUI after taking the lives of two young , beautiful people . girllll , i miss you & everything we did together . til one day <3 “it’s been too long , & we’re lost without you ..”

Happy 21st Wynne Chau Mein. Remember you used to hate it when I called you that? You were my first friend I made in middle school. We laughed together that whole year making fun of Mr. Schalis and his ridiculous Math/Science lessons and Simon Says games. Remember when he got mad at us for not knowing why the sky was blue? And the time he forced you to stand up and read an article posted on the wall on how soap was made in the middle of class. You were always getting into trouble. In 6th grade, you would forced me to go with you to the second floor, right before my home economics class, to see a certain 8th grader you’ve had your eye on. Remember you used to call me every night? We’d talk on the phone and three-way random people for hours until my mom would get pissed off and complain about staying up so late. You are truly missed.
